SpamEater Pro Review
In generel SpamEater Pro is a great spam-filtering program detecting and removing spam from your inbox. SpamEater Pro also works perfectly with AOL and Yahoo web-based email accounts if you have Web2Pop or IzyMail. SpamEater Pro will embed graphical images prior to their arrival to your inbox and it allows you to view the message header and the raw message itself, giving you the opportunity of letting this particular email with an image into your inbox.
Feature set
SpamEater Pro is a very feature rich spam filtering piece of software. You will find eight filtering categories. These are: message subject, message body, approved senders, blocked senders, message header fields, proper form, blacklist, and country code. Each category can be user defined in order to fight spam even better. Within each category, except "approved" and "blocked senders", you have the opportunity to find pre-set filters allowing you to fine-tune to your own needs by either keeping them flagged to be eaten (E) by SpamEater Pro, flagged (F) for your review, or accepted (A) to your email account. Finally the program allows you to custom-make your own filters to add to the list. All in all SpamEater Pro is very easy to use and it is highly effective.
Ease of use
SpamEater Pro achieves a great deal of points due to its ease-of-use. The program works independently from your email software, detecting spam before it makes its way to your inbox.
Ease of Installation
One thing about SpamEater that is not good is that it will not automatically identify your email accounts. As a result of this it requires an additional step during installation and you need to set up each email account separately. Knowing your incoming and outgoing mail server in advance comes in handy during installation.

In general SpamEater Pro is quite effective. Keep it up-to-date and it will identify up to 90% of incoming spam.
Customization
You have the option to create your own filtering rules with the "Add Filter" button, and this is easy. The rules options regard: comments, content-type, delivered-to, from, and many more. Filter settings can also be set to watch for specific content and/or select how you want the message to be handled with the eat, flag, or except setting.

SpamEater Pro uses a powerful set of filter rules to block spam from entering your inbox. It has a user-friendly interface with built in rules and will also allow you to create your own rules. With periodic updates, SpamEater Pro filters 90% of spam.
Stability
Like most modern software products, there are no problems using this product.
